2013 Rates Our Hay Mow 2nd floor reception Hall can hold up to 300 for dinner service and still have room for a nice sized dance floor. Rates vary based on headcounts & day of week with the minimum rate set at 150 people or less, then $4.00 per head for each guest over 150. Saturday Evening Event $1,850-$2,450Friday Evening Event $1,750-$2,350 Sunday Evening Event $1,750-$2,350 Mon-Thur Day Event $500 Rates include, tables, chairs, tablecloths, house centerpieces, votives with flameless candles. For $300 fee,  reserve the barn for  Fri prior to your event to rehearse & decorate at your leisure. DJ Services $425 for  7 hours, Photo Booth $450 Floral Designers on Staff!
	Our Milk House honeymoon suite is a great add on to an event package.  We also offer B&B weekend getaways. Country decor with hot tub, air conditioning & queen bed.  One night Fri or Sat stay $65 Fri & Sat Weekend Package $125 Weekday non weekend $50 Weekly rate 6 nights $300 Weekend pkg includes breakfast for 2, horseback riding package available
	Our Milk Barn is a charming ceremony site available for you to reduce the stress by having the ceremony & reception a the same place. Rates start at: Ceremony Site Inside Rental:  $175.00 Ceremony Outdoor Fee: $325.00 Includes day of ceremony & 2 hour use for a rehearsal. This room stays cool on hot days!
Ceremonial Services

We book 1 event per day & as long as other events aren't booked you may be able to get in a little early to start your decorating.  For a $300 fee, you can book the hall for an entire day prior to your event and gaurantee the extra time.  Remember, barns can get hot in the summer & cool in the fall and we do not refund for weather conditions but will work with you on rescheduling for an alternative day. Advise your guests to dress appropriately and warm or cool, be ready to have alot of fun.

We do not offer liquor services & you are free to contract with a licensed liquor vendor or provide liquor as a private party host in accordance with all state & local laws & ordiinances. We do  provide catering services and hope you consider us when you make your selection. You are free to hire the caterer of your choice & there is no surcharge.  With any event, you must take out a 1 day private party rider on your homeowners insurance including Hitching Post Events as additional named insured (its usually free). There is no smoking or open flames allowed in the buildings but there are designated outdoor smoking areas.
